📦 What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • 📦 In original packaging with tags intact


📨 How do I initiate a return or exchange?

🚚 Are returns free?

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ❌ Exceptions: If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.

⚠️ Important: An opening video is mandatory for all defective/incorrect product claims.


👕 Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

  • ✅ Yes, exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • 🔄 If your preferred size/style is unavailable, we will provide:

    • 💳 Store credit, OR

    • ✅ A suitable replacement (based on your preference).


💰 How long does it take to process a refund?

  • Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • 💳 The refunded amount will be credited to your Lazy Cub store account.
