📦 What is your exchange policy?

  • We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • 📦 In original packaging with tags intact


📨 How do I initiate an exchange?

🚚 Are exchanges free?

  • Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ❌ Exceptions: If the item is defective or incorrect, exchange shipping is free.

⚠️ Important: An opening video is mandatory for all defective/incorrect product claims.


👕 Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

  • ✅ Yes, exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • 🔄 If your preferred size/style is unavailable, we will provide:

    • 💳 Store credit, OR

    • ✅ A suitable replacement (based on your preference).


💰 Do you offer refunds?

  • ❌ We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are provided.
